Preserving the “Idea of India” through Food Sovereignty and Seed Diversity, Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi Foundation partnered with प्रkritika 2026.

The Foundation donated 100 bamboo saplings at प्रkritika 2026, an initiative for rewilding and community resilience. This act of service doesn’t just plant trees; it plants hope for a greener, more equitable future.
Bamboo’s rapid growth makes it a climate ally. One hectare can absorb over 60 tonnes of CO₂ per year. Distributing bamboo saplings to local farmers brings constitutional ideals under Article 51A to the field. It also aligns our outreach with SDG13 and SDG15.
The Idea of India is our pluralistic vision of progress and justice. It’s our intellectual baseline and guides our mission.
Our annual Samvaad is rooted in the Idea of India. At Samvaad 2.0, we were reminded that sustainable development must emerge directly from “the Constitution’s idea of India,” rooted in the Preamble’s promise of social, economic and political justice.

By supporting farmers with resources and knowledge, we bridge constitutional promise with grassroots action, empowering communities to uphold Article 51A of the Indian Constitution – every citizen’s duty to “protect and improve the natural environment.”
A furthered step to sustainable development and the Idea of India, the Foundation is planting hope: each sapling is a pledge to India’s environmental vision. In each act of planting, our Foundation fulfills a civic promise, turning constitutional ideals into tangible change.
We are reminded by Hon’ble Justice Abhay S. Oka that our constitutional mandate extends to the protection of our natural environment. The Foundation’s participation in प्रkritika 2026 reflects our commitment to the Preamble’s call for ecological stewardship, fulfilled through civic action.
Let us fulfill our collective duty to safeguard the biodiversity that defines our nation.
Let this be a reminder that the Idea of India is a living conversation.
